Heather Parish




Heather began showing at age eight in the short stirrup division and has successfully shown in the hunter/jumper and equitation rings for over 25 years. As a junior and amateur rider she earned numerous state and zone year end championships and in 1994 was the individual Gold Medalist in Show Jumping at the Olympic Festival. A graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, Heather recieved her degrees in Elementary Education and Psychology. She began her professional career in Ojai, California where she taught fourth grade at Ojai Valley School while also running a successful hunter/jumper business. With a strong background in education complimented by a successful show career, Heather brings excellent training and preperation to horses and riders at all levels of competition.
